Following a lengthy investigation, Darrien Robinson Jr., 23, was arrested and charged in connection with the murder of Darrius Hines in October 2025, according to the Baltimore Police Department. A homicide probe was launched late in the afternoon on Oct. 15, 2025, when officers were called to the 500 block of Callender Street to investigate reports of shots fired.
