A tanker truck rollover brought the Inner Loop of I-695 to a standstill in Baltimore County, shutting down all lanes near I-95 and backing up traffic for miles on Tuesday morning, officials said. The incident happened on the I-695 Inner Loop prior to Exit 11A for I-95 North shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 27, according to the Maryland Department of Transportation.
