A 19-year-old Hyattsville, Maryland resident faces numerous charges after a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike killed two teenagers, authorities said.
Cesar Martinez-Adino is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, among other charges, in the death of Juan Carlos Munguia-Palma, 19, and a 14-year-old boy, following the crash in Gloucester County on Sunday, May 18, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.

Olympic gold medalist Mary Lou Retton was arrested for DUI at the Pennsylvania border, authorities in Marion County, West Virginia announced on Tuesday, May 27.
Retton, 57, was pulled over near the state line on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and allegedly showed signs of impairment, according to arrest records. Troopers say she refused a blood alcohol test and had an open bottle of wine inside the vehicle.
