A house suffered "significant damage" on Friday morning in Anne Arundel County when a group of teens crashed a purportedly stolen vehicle into the residence, police say. Police have identified the motorcyclist who was killed in a head-on crash with a stolen Infiniti whose driver and passenger fled on foot in Carroll County, according to the sheriff's office.
