Car Thief Targeting High-End GM, Mopar Vehicles From Maryland Dealerships Busted, Police Say A 19-year-old auto theft suspect from Prince George's County with high-end tastes was apprehended this week following a multi-agency investigation led by the Montgomery County Department of Police.
