A $7,000 reward has been donated by local community organizations as they seek the public's assistance in identifying, arresting, and prosecuting whomever is responsible for vandalism found in the Bethesda area in August. Giant Food Employees Help Police ID Suspect Arrested For Assault In Montgomery County Store Eagle-eyed employees at a Montgomery County grocery store assisted police in apprehending a man who attempted to return stolen merchandise for cash and assaulted an employee along the way.  Rafael Stedman Diaz-Powell, 25, who has no known address, returned to the scene of the crime and found himself behind bars for his troubles in connection to a strong-armed robbery over the summer. Anti-semitic imagery was found on a sign at the Bethesda Elementary School on Arlington Road, though crews and neighbors were quick to clear the paint on Sunday morning.
