A small fire at a popular Cecil County pub won’t keep the doors closed for long. Sweeney’s Pub on Conowingo Road in Conowingo, suffered minor damage after a blaze broke out in an exterior trash can Friday morning, temporarily pausing operations at the beloved restaurant and bar, according to investigators.
