Fugitive Who Raped Girl, 13, In Maryland Before Fleeing Country Apprehended, Sheriff Says
A fugitive wanted to sexually abusing a teen girl and fled the country is back in Maryland to face rape and other offenses, the Charles County Sheriff's Office announced.
Franklin Argueta-Marquez, 28, who has no fixed address, was wanted in connection to two counts of rape and sexual offense of a 13-year-old he met online when she was 12, officials say.
