A 12-year-old boy was killed after a tree holding up a backyard zipline snapped and fell on him in Pennsylvania, authorities said. Emergency crews were called to a home on the 1400 block of Chadwyck Lane in East Hempfield Township around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, March 30, for a medical emergency involving a child, according to East Hempfield Township police. Knife-Wielding Man Courting Death Apprehended Safely In Maryland, Police Say
Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department did not grant the wish of a knife-wielding man who wanted to be killed after stabbing his victim multiple times, according to investigators. Kevin Leonard Quander is facing a host of charges following the investigation into an incident in Washington County, during which he attacked his victim before being subdued by a Taser-like device.
