A road-raging man who repeatedly pointed a gun at another driver during a dispute on I-695 in Anne Arundel County has been apprehended and is facing multiple charges, according to Maryland State Police. Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate.
