More than $222,000 worth of illegal cannabis and THC products were pulled from six tobacco and vape shops in Maryland after a five-month narcotics investigation. A man believed to be under the influence of an unknown substance stabbed himself and six other people—two of whom tried to intervene—during a random rampage in Northeast DC, police said. It happened around 3:22 p.m. Thursday, April 3, in the area of Montello Avenue and Eigs Place NE, according to DC Police Chief Pamela Smith.
