A Calvert County man implicated to a shooting at an area home during a dispute over allegedly stolen medication copped to the crime and will face decades in prison. Chesapeake Bach resident Stephen Louis Betz pleaded guilty this week to first-degree assault and reckless endangerment stemming from an incident that was reported in Owings last fall, authorities announced on Tuesday.
