Second Teen Charged As Adult In Howard County After Baltimore Man's Body Found In Car: Police
A second teenager has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man who was found dead in a vehicle in Howard County, according to police. A 14-year-old from Severn will be charged as an adult after Kendrick McLellan, 26, was found dead in a vehicle behind a Howard County office building over the weekend. The teen was taken into custody at his high school in Anne Arundel County, police say.
