Juan Carlos Munguia-Palma, 19, and a 14-year-old boy, both residents of Hyattsville, were identified as the victims in the fatal crash, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police, said.

On Saturday, April 19, Gus Serbeck's daughter was assaulted by the 17-year-old, referred to as J.H. at the teen's Leamings Mill residence in Millville, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
