A tip from a law enforcement agency about "a substantial amount of illegal narcotics" being brought into Frederick County led to the arrest of a 45-year-old man, authorities announced. A 41-year-old man who broke out a rifle during an incident in a Frederick County parking lot is facing multiple assault and other charges following an incident over Labor Day Weekend.
