Police ID Family Involved In Overnight Murder-Suicide In Maryland New details have been released by the Howard County Police Department after the patriarch of a family died at the hospital following a murder-suicide in Elkridge on Thursday night. Nayyar Abbas Syed, 61, the believed shooter, was pronounced dead at St. Agnes hospital overnight, according to officials, who also identified his other victims.
