Speeding Stop In Lexington Park Lands Wanted Bowie Man Behind Bars, Sheriff Says What started as a routine speeding stop in St. Mary's County landed a 23-year-old Bowie man behind bars on drug and weapon charges, according to the sherif's office. Deputies stopped a speeding vehicle shortly after 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 9 on Great Mills Road when a driver was spotted speeding through the area with Vincent Lavey Harrington in the front seat. Police ID Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Two Drivers In Maryland (Updated) Police have identified the pedestrian from Anne Arundel who was killed during a late-night crash in Prince George's County earlier this week after being struck by two drivers along a Bowie roadway.
