Nihaal Babu Grandhi, 19, of Ashburn, was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on eastbound I-68 near mile marker 13 in Grantsville, according to Maryland State Police. The crash happened around 7:10 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
