The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has identified the man fatally shot by Howard County police and the officers involved in the incident following a domestic disturbance in Laurel over the weekend. The decedent was 29-year-old Tyree Winslow of College Park, the Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General announced on Wednesday.
