Construction Workers Trapped In Trench, Major Rescue Underway In Maryland (Developing) Some construction workers found themselves in a precarious position on Friday afternoon, prompting an emergency response. First responders from the Baltimore County Fire Department were called shortly before noon to the 500 block of Academy Road in Catonsville to conduct a trench rescue.
