Bentley, a fleet of Rolls-Royce Phantoms and a collection of old-school American pickups will take over the waterfront at the Kent Island Yacht Club when the 19th annual St. Michaels Concours d'Elegance on Chesapeake Bay returns in September. And the Bentley leading the charge is no ordinary Sunday driver. The 1931 W.O.
