Woman Gets Jail Time For Pepper Spraying 12-Year-Old Child During Disagreement In Maryland The woman who pepper sprayed a 12-year-old child living with her during an argument is going to spend time behind bars, the Charles County State's Attorney's Office announced. Waldorf resident Sabrina Cocheye Embrey, 51, was sentenced to six months in jail after being convicted by a jury in May on child abuse and assault charges following an incident that escalated with the boy.  Prosecutors say that in October 2023, an officer from the Charles County Sheriff's Office was called to a Waldorf home to investigate a reported domestic disturbance.
