The 30-year-old Suitland father who was found shot to death in an apartment building is being remembered as a "genuine family man" by his loved ones. Brian Speaks was pronounced dead at the scene late in the afternoon inside an apartment in the 3500 block of Parkway Terrace Drive over the weekend, according to police in Prince George's County. Prince George's County Man Fatally Shot In Apparent Targeted Attack Identified By Police
A Suitland man was found shot to death inside an apartment building on Friday evening, prompting a homicide investigation by Prince George’s County Police detectives. Brian Speaks, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of Parkway Terrace Drive at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 15, police said.
