Weather May Have Contributed To Fatal One-Vehicle Maryland Crash, State Police Say Inclement weather may have been a contributing factor in a fatal one-vehicle crash in Charles County overnight, according to Maryland State Police investigators. Tyvon Gray, 34, of Cheltenham, has been identified as the driver who died Wednesday night after losing control and crashing off a roadway, officials say. Shortly before 9:30 p.m. on May 30, troopers were called to the westbound lanes of Livingston Road near Marbury Freeland Place in Indian Head, where there was a reported crash.
