Owner Burning Items In Pit Results In Havre de Grace House Blaze: Fire Marshal The remnants of a fire pit outside a Harford County home resulted in a fire that left five people and several pets temporarily displaced. At around 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon, first responders from the Susquehanna Hose Company responded to Otsego Street in Havre de Grace, where the owner reported a fire outside the family's home. Just after 2pm today, the 0540 Fire Box was transmitted for the reported house fire in the 900 block of Otsego Street.
