On Thursday, Nov. 3, around 4:30 a.m., officers responded for a report of a carjacking that had just occurred in the 2400 block of Autumn Harvest Court, according to Anne Arundel County police. Investigators say that the victim stated was approached by two black male suspects, one of whom asked the victim for money.
