A woman was killed and two others were rushed to the hospital after a violent early-morning crash on the Capital Beltway in Prince George’s County, according to police. Troopers from the Maryland State Police Forestville Barrack were called around 5:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, to the inner loop of the Capital Beltway near Route 210 in Oxon Hill for reports of a serious crash. A man was rushed to the hospital after his car flipped onto its roof in a crash along Cumberland Highway in Franklin County, firefighters said. The wreck happened at 8:07 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, near Iron Bridge Road in Pleasant Hall, according to the Pleasant Hall Volunteer Fire Company. When emergency crews arrived, they found the vehicle overturned. Police directed drivers in the opposite direction after a motorcyclist struck the back of a police cruiser and died on the Intercounty Connector (ICC) Thursday, July 14, WUSA9 reports.
