A man with an outstanding warrant was arrested after a DUI crash in Stafford County early Sunday morning, according to the sheriff's office. On Nov. 17, at approximately 3:36 a.m., deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident near Austin Park Drive and Richmond Highway that left one vehicle on its side with the driver trapped inside. Authorities have identified the man killed at a Red Roof Inn in Stafford County over the weekend. Deputies said Leo Franklin, 47, of Maryland, died at the Warrenton Road motel in Stafford just after 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 19.
