Juvenile Uses Sandwich Bag To Torch Montgomery County Playground: Police A juvenile was arrested on arson-related charges after setting fire to a Poolesville playground, officials say. The suspect had set a paper bag and sandwich container on fire underneath playground equipment which ignited the play area at the park on Fisher Avenue around 5 p.m., June 5, says the Montgomery County Fire Department.  The total cost of damage is over $75,000. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents. The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported.
