US Marshals Nab Kidnapper, Recover Child In DC: Authorities Members of the US Marshals Service recovered a kidnapped child and arrested the suspect in Washington DC less than 24 hours after the incident was reported, authorities announced. A warrant was issued for Johnte Fitzhugh, of Washington DC, after police in West Virginia were notified he was believed to have kidnapped a family member on Monday, Sept. 19, the US Marshals tell Daily Voice.
