For the second time this week, the body of a missing child was found dead in Maryland. Maryland State Police investigators confirmed that 4-year-old Garrett County resident Fox Piper was found dead at approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 by members of the Deep Creek Fire Department's Dive team hours after he was declared missing. A man and young girl have been hospitalized in critical condition after a pick-up truck fire left them both with severe burns in Maryland, the state fire marshal said.
