A New Jersey truck driver who had a history of domestic violence with a 43-year-old woman found dead in his vehicle in Maryland has been indicted on murder charges, authorities announced. On Tuesday, Oct. 24, a grand jury indicted 43-year-old Matthew Sidney Watley, of Sicklerville, NJ on first- and second-degree murder charges in connection to the death of his partner, Candice Thompson. A US Marine sergeant awarded the Purple Heart was being held in the Rappahanock County Jail on drug and DWI charges for a Stafford crash that sent two 14-year-olds to the hospital via medevac, authorities confirmed.
