Father Accused Of Causing 'Severe Injuries' To Infant In Maryland: Police A Maryland father has been accused of causing “severe injuries” to his infant, authorities announced on Wednesday, Jan. 10. Oliver Hernandez Caballero, 25, of Damascus, was charged with two counts of first-degree child abuse, the Montgomery County Police Department said.
