An alleged arsonist who possibly burned his initials on things is facing charges following a lengthy investigation in Harford County, the Maryland Fire Marshal's Office announced on Saturday afternoon.
Aberdeen resident Bryan Keith Gilley, 45, was arrested overnight after it was determined that he was responsible for at least one fire, and potentially several others, dating back to May last year, officials say.
In June 2023, the fire marshal and ATF launched an investigation into fires involving woods, trees, and train tracks in the area of 200 South Post Road in Aberdeen.

Eldersburg resident Allison Nicole Creutzer, 20 a volunteer Carroll County firefighter with the Reese Volunteer Fire Company has been arrested in connection to a string of fires over the last year in the Eldersburg and Liberty Reservoir area, according to the state's fire marshal.

A Hagerstown man has been charged with setting fire to his brother's utility trailer hauling brush this week, authorities announced.
Christian Reyes Torres, 25, had been staying with his brother but was asked to leave on Thursday, Dec. 14, the State Fire Marshal's Office said.
Torres later returned and began arguing with family members, and threatened to burn down the house, officials said.
