Human Remains Discovered In Maryland Park, Police Seeking Help Identifying Victim Authorities are working to identify a young man whose remains were discovered in a Montgomery County park, according to police. A hiker stumbled upon a human skull in a wooded area of Rock Creek Regional Park on Saturday, March 1, and immediately called 911, Montgomery County Police said.
