Police ID Man Shot, Killed During Argument In Maryland Restaurant One person was killed and a second hospitalized after gunshots rang out following an altercation inside a Montgomery County restaurant over the weekend. Silver Spring resident Marvin Jefferson, 34, has been identified as the person who was shot and killed at the America's Best Wings restaurant in the 11200 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville on Saturday at the White Oak Shopping Plaza, according to police.
