Intoxicated 20-Year-Old 'Violently Assaulted' Two Women, Arresting Officer In Maryland: Police A 20-year-old man who couldn't handle his alcohol and assaulted two women during a domestic disturbance in Frederick is facing a host of charges after being apprehended over the weekend, police say. Officers from the Frederick Police Department were called early on Sunday morning to a residence in the 900 block of West Patrick Street to investigate a reported incident involving Abner Perez-Sandoval, his girlfriend, and a second woman.
