One person was hospitalized overnight, and a suspect is in custody following a shooting outside a Harford County business late on Monday afternoon. Aberdeen resident resident Justin Matthew Schlotterbeck, 41, has been identified as the alleged gunman who left Bel Air 27-year-old Bel Air native Eric Chi Fonong Igwacho with serious injuries in Abingdon.
