Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Pick-Up Truck, Car In Baltimore County, Police Say The Baltimore Police Department has identified the 52-year-old man who was killed after being struck by two vehicles crossing the road. Jose Rivas was attempting to cross Liberty Road in the area of Brubar Court in Gwynn Oak on Friday night, when he was struck by both a 2014 Dodge Ram and a 2017 Nissan Altima. The crash was reported at around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 18. Both drivers stayed at the scene after striking him. Rivas was pronounced dead at the scene by Baltimore County Fire Department personnel.
