An emergency call from a neighbor led to the arrest of a murder suspect in Maryland when troopers made a grisly discovery, according to state police. Parsonsburg resident Jonah Brook Cramer is facing multiple murder charges following a reported incident in Wicomico County overnight. The Somerset County hit-and-run driver who killed a 64-year-old construction worker while attempting to bypass a work zone in Maryland has been charged with murder, state police say.
