Police ID Woman Struck, Killed By Two Hit-Run Drivers In Maryland Both drivers who struck and killed a 29-year-old pedestrian in Howard County fled the scene and are wanted for hit-and-run, police say. Zulma Maginelly Zepeda Barrientos went ping-ponging between two cars traveling in opposite directions in Elkridge over the weekend, and both drivers sped away following the fatal strike, according to investigators.
