Dozens Displaced By Fast-Moving Two-Alarm Apartment Fire In Maryland Dozens of residents were displaced by a fast-moving two-alarm Montgomery County fire that broke out early on Saturday morning.  First responders were called to a four-story apartment complex at around  8 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 to the 12800 block of Clarksburg Square Road in Clarksburg, after receiving multiple calls with residents screaming in the background. Dump Truck Driver Killed In I-270 Crash Was Motorcycle Enthusiast, Dad Maryland State Police continue to investigate a crash that resulted in the death of a dump truck driver and motorcycle enthusiast on I-270 in Montgomery County. Rodney Lee Gibson, 54, of Frederick, has been identified by Maryland State Police investigators as the person killed in a two-vehicle crash when he was driving his dump truck along the interstate in Clarksburg on Monday, May 13.
