Passengers Flee After Fatal Head-On Crash In Prince George's County, Police Say Police have identified a 57-year-old woman who was killed in a head-on crash when another driver unexpectedly veered into her lane on Wednesday afternoon.  Springfield resident Monica Wilson was heading north at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 23 in the 500 block of Largo Center Drive when she was struck by a second driver who was heading south and crossed into the northbound lanes.
