Body-worn camera footage was released Monday showing the moments before a fatal crash following a police pursuit in Calvert County last month. The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office shared the footage from a Nov. 16 incident that ended with the death of 36-year-old Justin Foreman after he lost control of his vehicle during the chase. The former Metropolitan Police Department officer whose underage victim came forward after a chance encounter was convicted by a DC Superior Court jury of abusing a teen girl, federal authorities announced.
