Officers were called at around 11 a.m. on Sept. 17, officers responded to the intersection of Outing Avenue and East Shore Road in Pasadena to investigate a reported hit-and-run involving a group of juveniles. Person 'Clinging To Rock' In Potomac River Rescued In Montgomery County Multiple agencies worked together on Wednesday morning to rescue a person who found themselves in a perilous position in the Potomac River. Early on Aug. 7, US Park Police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel teamed up to make a water rescue after a swimmer got stuck.
