Road Rage Incident Led To Shooting In Baltimore's Northwest District; Police ID Suspect
A man charged with a string of violent crimes in 2019 was identified as the suspect in Wednesday night’s Baltimore shooting, which police say was motivated by a road rage incident. Troy Barnes, 21, of Baltimore, was charged with attempted first-degree murder, Baltimore Police announced Thursday afternoon, Feb. 29. Barnes is accused of shooting a 46-year-old man during a road rage incident between the two on the 1200 block of Hilton Parkway. The man was found with several gunshot wounds shortly before 4:35 p.m. and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. …
