Valley Mall Shooting Suspect Charged With Attempted Murder In Maryland: Sheriff
A Washington County man has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting outside the Valley Mall, the sheriff’s office announced. Hagerstown resident Matthew Steven Lookabaugh, 21, was apprehended by members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office after allegedly shooting a teen in the parking lot of the mall following an altercation. A sheriff’s office spokesperson said that deputies were dispatched to the mall on Valley Mall Road at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 8.
