A 67-year-old man may spend the rest of his life in prison after admitting to rape and sexual assault stemming from a pair of attacks dating back to 1981 in Montgomery County, authorities announced on Thursday. A 67-year-old man is facing nearly two decades in prison after admitting to rape and sexual assault for a pair of attacks dating back to 1981 in Montgomery County, authorities announced on Friday. Marion Pearson, now living in North Carolina, pleaded guilty on Oct. 4 to second-degree rape and sex assault for the attacks of two victims in April and June 1981. Wheaton Strip Mall Stabbing: Victim Seriously Hurt, Suspect In Custody (Report)
Montgomery County police were investigating a stabbing at a strip mall in Wheaton, according to reports from 7 News. Officers found the suspect fleeing from the mall around 1 p.m. in the 2319 block of University Boulevard and were able to arrest him a short time later, reports the outlet.
