Two people were injured after their vehicle was struck by a CSX train early on Friday morning, according to the Prince George's Fire/EMS Department. Shortly after 6 a.m. on Oct. 11, officers were called to the area of 52nd and Kenilworth Avenues where there was a reported strike involving a car on the tracks. Two people suffered minor injuries and were taken by paramedics to area hospitals, officials said. There were temporary delays in the area while the scene was cleared.
