Montgomery Village Man Killed After Crossing Street
A man has died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing a Montgomery County street, authorities say.
Sterling David Brown, 67, was reportedly crossing Montgomery Village Avenue near Centerway Road when he was struck by a red 2017 Toyota Corolla that was traveling north, according to Montgomery County police.
The collision was reported around 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 1, police say.
Brown, who was a resident at Montgomery Village, was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries, and tragically passed away from his injuries the following day on Thursday, Feb. 2.

Two armed robbers who took police on a high-speed pursuit on I-95 from Aberdeen to Havre de Grace in Harford County will spend time behind bars after admitting to their roles in a potentially violent incident, federal officials announced.
Noland Rheubotton, 57, and James Featherstone, 60, both of Baltimore, have been sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by years of supervised release for an armed commercial robbery and for brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence more than three years ago.

Senior Alert Cancelled For Missing Virginia Man (Update)
UPDATE: Virginia State Police said Mr. Bradley has been located safely.
Virginia State Police have issued a senior alert for a missing man from Lunenburg County.
Fred H. Bradley Jr., 79, was last seen leaving his home, located at Wile Away Road in Kenbridge, around 2:15 p.m. on Monday, May 23rd, according to the Lunenburg County Sheriff's Office.
Bradley is described as a White male, standing about 5'8," weighing 190 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair, state police said.

Stolen DC Vehicle Recovered In Pasadena Months After Reported Missing: Police
A vehicle that was stolen out of Washington DC last year has been recovered in Pasadena, authorities said.
Lashae Parker, 26, of Glen Burnie, and Dyandre Owens, 23, of Brooklyn, were found driving the stolen Toyota around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, Anne Arundel County Police said. The vehicle was reported missing to DC Metro Police on August 28, 2021, police said.
Both suspects were arrested and charged accordingly, police said. One person already had an outstanding warrant for their arrest through Baltimore City, police added.
